For some reason this email went astray (Don't we all love technology?)
But we are glad we have this now to showcase Marelle's lovely design

I decided to paint this shadow box with a little bit of modeling paste and used derivan Black paint from Molossi and give it 2 coats.
I left the shadow box simple as it can be an interchangeable piece of home décor! It fits a 9x9 layout , and you can use it for photos, quotes, messages etc!
I used the beautiful fabric flowers from Molossi
Products used : Derivan Black paint from Molossi, fabric flowers from Molossi, Pritt gel glue, Monte Marte modeling paste.

Cathi has also stopped by tonight with some lovely chipboard shares.
We had a wonderful time on our recent holiday to Tuscany! My daughter Aisling is hard to capture in photos, she is forever making silly faces, grumpy faces or just running away... I managed to get this great photo of her and her sister Aine in an alleyway in a local village called Lari near where we were staying.
There are some gorgeous cobblestones in the photo, so I used my Molossi cobblestone chippies to echo them on my layout, covering them with gorgeous colored modeling paste Gritty Graphite Texturez to really give them amazing texture!
I love the diverse designs that Molossi have created, there is really chipboard to suit every layout, I couldn't believe they had the perfect cobblestones to suit this fun photo!

The next two shares for the day are coming from Marelle, Marelle has been quite the busy bee as we can see.
The first project is using Molossi MDF Letter Cuts

PRODUCTS USED:
Black and White Chevron Washi Tape
Koala Brand paper flowers (Molossi)
Koala Brand foam squares (Molossi)
Black and white twine
Pritt glue
Versamark Pine cone ink
Y letter (Molossi)
words cut from patterned scrapbooking paper
Washi tape is one of the most versatile embellishment !
For this project I covered the letter with the chevron washi, added foam tape and placed the flowers on top, more foam squares under the words which have been inked with the pinecone ink, then tied the twine in bows and placed onto the letter!
I think this would be a quick and easy project for children who are bored during the upcoming school hols!!

The second one is using our Chipboard Shadow Box

I have three cute shares for you today, the first one comes from Gail with what she refers to a cheeky moment:

I finally found inspiration for the Molossi Heart & Cupid Chipboard from a cheeky moment at our wedding
I ripped each layer of paper and inked the edges
The Heart chipboard was covered in gesso, then inked and sprayed with glimermist. The cupids were covered in gesso and the painted with metallic paint.
I used the Kaisercraft True Romance papers & ribbon roses which were sprayed with 2 colours of glimmermist and Prima flourishes.
I also used a piece of ribbon and knotted it at intervals to add a bit more texture.

I love opening emails from our gorgeous ladies on our DT Team, and tonight it was a great suprise to see three gorgeous outcomes.
First share is from Narelle is is back with us and on fire

"I wanted to use the tray as a way of displaying a favourite photo of my children, and so I approached it as if I was creating a layout but with lots and lots of dimension! I painted the Molossi MDF tray first using Black Derivan Paint, (the tray is easy to paint as it comes apart in 5 pieces!). Once dry, I put my base papers down using Xpress-it- high tack tape and then reassemble the tray. I used a little bit of to make sure it all holds together nice and tight.

To create the layers and dimension in my display I used lots of X-press it High Tack Foam mounting tape, Helmar Liquid Scrap Dots and Crafty Koala 3D foam squares. I finished the embellishments with Black Sticky Bling Diamentes and Zebra Flowers."

Second share is from the talented Gail show casing some more chippie in a heart felt card

Here is a card made using the Chipboard layered hearts
I embossed the chipboard with a swirl design embossing folder then painted the outer and inside heart metallic black. The middle heart I painted metallic white and attached Molossi pearls
I used Echo Park Just Married papers

Last but never least Cathi is sharing tonight as well

I went a little wild with chipboard and I have used plenty lol in this layout!! I count 6 pieces: 3 churches, 2 doves and a title!! I had a lot of fun making this.

I used the same treatment on all the chipboard for this wedding themed layout: I painted them all in acrylic white paint and inked them with Spiced Marmalade and Victorian Velvet distress inks. I used the Joining Together title, two Doves, and the Churches.
I layered the three churches for a bit of dimension, you can see a close up of them here.

We are so pleased to showcase some amazing work from Narelle, after health issues it was such a pleasure to see Narelle back crafting, it was mixed emotions when we received the email and here at Molossi we are so grateful Narelle is well.

Check out the gorgeous job Narelle has done with our Merry Christmas MDF piece:

"I painted the word with metallic paint first and then added several coats of Derivan glitter paint to give it a real Christmas glitz and to tie in with the gorgeous Manor House glitter flowers. Once it was all dry I removed some of the flowers from their stems and adhered them using Helmar 450 glue.

The "Merry Christmas" word can be free-standing, or by adding some picture hooks and ribbon at the back it can be hung, as I have done. I also decided to glue some wooden pegs on the back of the word so that I can clip Christmas cards to it, giving it a practical use as a Christmas Card display. You could also clip lengths of ribbon from the pegs and then pin the cars to the ribbon, giving even more hanging space to display your cards!"

Molossi Materials used:-
Molossi MDF Word "Merry Christmas"
Manor House Flowers
Derivan Paint- Silver Glitter
Derivan Paint- Gold Glitter
Helmar 450 Glue
Other Materials Used:-
VIVA paints, wooden pegs, ribbon

Morning, we have some lovely card shares from Jo today, using our chipboard pieces; This is what Jo emailed through

When I received my August chipboard pack from Molossi I was excited to see a gorgeous range of intricate cut chipboard borders inside – although I’m a scrapbooker first and a cardmaker 2nd – I immediately had card plans for these borders.
I had just received an order from a local scrapbook store here in Brisbane, Arnolds Scrapbooking,  who had the good folk from Heartfelt Creations out here from the USA for the June Scrapbook Expo, demonstrating their beautiful range of stamps with matching dies and I was eager to add these products all together J
Here are the first two cards I created.

I love the dimension and the design of the chipboard borders and think they finished both these cards off just perfectly.  For the blue Feel Better card I simply coloured the chipboard border with a blue marker from the American Crafts Chromatix range and added some pearls.  For the Just Because pink card, I inked the chipboard with a brown ink, added a strip of washi tape across the top and again highlighted with pearls.
Having played girly for a while I also wanted to do something a bit masculine.  Here I have used the Molossi barbed wire chipboard and their fabulous little stunt rider – again I have coloured the chipboard with the American Crafts Chromatix markers

I hope this shows that chipboard is not simply suitable for scrapbooking and off the page projects but adds a perfect finishing touch or in fact starring element to a card.
